Hello and welcome to the Light University site. I’m so glad you have found Light University and I hope you will consider enrolling in a course. You may take a class for personal enrichment or you might want to take courses leading to a Certificate or Associate’s degree. It is my hope that Light University will be a resource for you that helps you grow spiritually and academically and that will equip you for Christian service.

We are all born with a calling, a unique reason for being. Our curiosity is a response to that calling. This curiosity leads to the discovery and fulfillment of our calling. Editor Idelette van Papendrop says: “Your purpose is the essence of who you are. It is the reason you are alive. To know your purpose, you first have to know who you are.”
Light University provides a safe space to explore and come to understand who we are and what we are to do. Plato tells us: “The life which is unexamined is not worth living.”
We have classes for everyone’s life courses: from art to zero-stress. You can study about the Bible, about tap dancing or yoga and even a wine tasting class to educate your palate. You design your course base on the instructions from your own Inner Teacher. If we are not offering the course you need, please let us know so that we can fill that void.
